What is BlocBuilder?

BlocBuilder is AgencyBloc’s annual industry event where health, Medicare, and group benefits insurance agents and executives learn, network, and grow together. We host unique sessions and add-on experiences that help you connect your AgencyBloc solutions with your business needs while learning best practices from high-performing professionals. We started hosting this conference in 2018, and we’ve grown the event every single year!

When and where is BlocBuilder?

BlocBuilder 2025 will be April 13 - 15, 2025, in Phoenix, Arizona, at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass. Not only is this resort stunning, but we’re also excited to share in the culture of the Native tribes in the area and celebrate what it means to be human — which is one of our guiding principles here at AgencyBloc.

Who attends BlocBuilder?

The short answer is everyone!

The attendees include a diverse mix of people from different organizations, including sole producers and single agents, small and mid-sized agencies, large agencies, uplines (GA/IMO/FMOs), and call centers, all within individual health, group benefits, and senior/Medicare insurance. Attendees include agents, admin, executives, and everyone in between.

Previously, BlocBuilder was open only to AgencyBloc clients. However, with its expansive educational content and networking opportunities, it’s a no-brainer for anyone in the industry.

What is the BlocBuilder schedule?

The BlocBuilder conference is a two-day event that runs from 8 AM to 4 PM on both days. Sessions cover hot-button topics like compliance, VoIP, automation, and quoting and enrollment. We also have industry panels about the state of the health insurance industry, specific lines of business (group benefits and Medicare), and ancillary products.

What educational opportunities exist at BlocBuilder?

In addition to the two-day conference, BlocBuilder also offers add-on experiences on Sunday, April 13th. These include certifications in different parts of our platform of solutions (you must be an active client to attend!).
